Refund Policy

1. Under what circumstances when refund is possible? 

Refund is possible under the following circumstances: 

a. If order is cancelled upon request-

For order cancellation, call at +91-9474325329. Alternatively, you may send a mail through 

The amount of refund regarding cancellation of order is as follows:

100% amount will be refunded – When Credit Card has not been charged and order for flowers/gifts has not been placed to the vendor.

90 % amount will be refunded- When Credit Card has been charged and order for flowers/gifts has not been placed to the vendor.

30 % amount will be refunded- When order for flowers/gifts has been placed to the vendor.

0% amount will be refunded- After the ordered flowers/gifts leave our Office/Shop.

b. If the recipient is not satisfied with the kind of flowers/gifts delivered-

If the recipient is not satisfied with the quality of flowers/gifts delivered or flowers not being fresh at the time of delivery, the customer who ordered the flowers/gifts will be entitled to 100% refund, subject to the other points of our terms & condition like:

» the recipient refuses to accept the flowers/gifts and returns the same immediately at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact condition. AND 

» Customer writes a mail to us about the reason of dissatisfaction. Please mention the Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form. This feedback will be used to help us to improve our customer service.

c. If flower/gift type is unavailable-

We reserve the right to substitute the product with similar or higher value product, due to non- availability of ordered flower/gift types (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that particular time or location. But, no refund request will be accepted for this reason. 

d. If delivery location is beyond our coverage-

If delivery location is out of our specified city list or any area not accessible for any reason beyond our control.


2. How is the refund procedure being carried out? 

Refund will be processed within three days only when any one of the above mentioned criteria is fulfilled. You will receive a refund notification via email, once the refund has been successfully processed. Keep this refund notification safely to check against your monthly credit card bill.
